Refund policy


When you place your order, we start preparing your items as quickly as possible. The order preparation period is 72 -120h.

We carry out shipments based on the Price List established by CTT , both to Mainland Portugal and to the Azores and Madeira , and International Shipments, with the CTT Delivery Notice service.

Average Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for mainland Portugal, including Madeira and the Azores is 9-17 working days after shipment. Delivery time for international shipments via CTT is dependent on the order and delivery format of each country.

All deliveries are made through CTT.

Fulfillment of Orders

We ship daily Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks per year, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders placed until 22:00 from Sunday to Friday will start to be placed the following day. Occasionally, orders may not ship the next day due to stock issues, lack of order information, or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or the next open business day.

Despite our best efforts, the delivery period may extend up to a maximum of 4 weeks before reaching you, however, facts and eventualities outside Gabriela Cazulli may happen that cause longer delays and that are beyond our responsibilities.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Gabriela Cazulli is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling out of the destination address for orders placed in the Store. In case of incorrect filling, as a rule of the post office, the package will be returned to the sender, being necessary to pay a new freight for the reshipment of the product.

Recipient and Ausent

Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. CTT can make up to two attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the post office closest to the address, and, in this case, it will be necessary for the recipient of the package, pick it up at the CTT agency, within 6 calendar days. If the recipient of the order does not carry out the withdrawal, as a rule of the post office, the package will be returned to the sender, being necessary to pay a new freight for the reshipment of the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the CTT agency where the recipient must pick up his package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the tracking, which can be followed on the CTT website, using the code of tracking provided by the store, and sent by email from the customer, registered at the time of purchase, along with the mobile phone and delivery address.

REFUND POLICY.

Gabriela Cazulli has the primary collaboration of a single employee to serve all sections of this company, which produces and markets its products by hand, not effectively improving the exchange and returns processes, but giving full value and attention to observations of customers, as well as taste and quality, thus alternating in a practical and artisanal way the exchange and return process.

In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are treated fairly, Gabriela Cazulli as a company may require a receipt or refuse your return or exchange in some situations, such as:

  • Products that were not purchased directly from A Gabriela Cazulli, accepting only the tax coupon.

  • Products that have been defaced/used/used.

  • Products with missing labels.

  • Products without receipts or proof of payment.

  • Products that have not been cleaned.

  • Products that have been lost or damaged beyond use.

Refund details

It will take up to 7 weeks to receive a partial refund. Gifts receive a merchandise credit, but most of the time we will refund you using the payment method used, Paypal.

Find and complete the form printed on the packing slip that came with your order. We will send it by email, use the email registered at the time of purchase.

2. Prepare the package

Include the item, receipt and delivery receipt. Use the original packaging or something similar.

3. Attach shipping label

Use this link: SHIPPING LABEL to fill in the form / shipping label. Shipping will cost you around 20.00 euros, taking into account that the products are not very heavy. depending on your country's freight/toll cost.

4. Send us your package

It doesn't matter if you purchased the item at a Gabriela Cazulli retail store or online. You can always bring the item to one of the stores for a full refund.
